Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join their healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting healthcare products/services to increase market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through virtual meetings and in-person sales visits.
- Present, demonstrate, and promote healthcare products/services to targeted customers.
- Plan and execute trade activations and promotional events to increase product awareness.
- Develop and implement CSR initiatives that align with the company’s brand strategy.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales performance.
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to enhance market visibility.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing packages with clients to maximize revenue.
- Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets while expanding market reach.
- Lead efforts to populate and advertise products across multiple channels to maximize customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to develop strategic marketing and advertising campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, Customer Care, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare marketing or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to establish and grow business relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience in attending trade exhibitions and networking events is an added advantage.
